Disciple Leadership

 Hello Guys,

Here we are finishing one more week of this entrepreneur journey. In his week's lesson we learned about Disciple Leadership.

Being an entrepreneur also means to be a Leader. To make a business grow we need to trust peopled lead them, however, to find the right people to work in your business and to work with you every day, you need to also be trustful - in other words, to be a good leader, people need to trust you and respect you.

We have one perfect example of leadership: Jesus Christ. He gave us the example of all things, and he was a fantastic professor and leader. To succeed we need to be Disciples Leaders of Jesus, following his example.

How amazing it is no know that our Heavenly Father and our Savior Jesus Christ love us so much that want us to be successful not only spiritually, but professionally! Actually, in my opinion, we cannot disconnect these two areas of our lives.

When we are spiritually connected with the gospel and principles of our Heavenly Father, we will be automatically better in anything we do!

Pres. Kim B Clark taught in a BYU conference three principles of leadership that we can learn by the example of Christ and are essential  in any place we will work and also in our lives and families.

1. Lead by Example

How can we tell someone to do something if we do not do that ourselves? We as humans tend to repeat the behaviors of our leaders.

2. Lead with Vision

We need to focus in why we are doing what we do and show that to the people that work with us. that way they will feel that they know where they are going and not just blinding obeying someone.

3. Lead with Love.

Love is always the answer. Also, love is action. When we demonstrate love to people by respecting them, recognizing them, we will be able to connect and transform people's life.

Leadership is not as easy as it sounds, but is the key of a business.

I am so glad that we can have the example of Jesus Christ and that we can always learn and improve.

See you guys next week!
